If for any reason you have an issue with a product within 14 days of receipt of the item you can contact us at info@fatcaturbangardensupply.com to find out what the best solution will be for you.

Please consider the following before emailing for a return, exchange or refund:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for a return. 

  •  We do not cover return fees, unless the product is defective.

  • All sale items are final and non-refundable. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping or handling fees from your original purchase.
